TRON Supports Smart Transportation Transformation in Indonesia, Realizing the Vision and Mission of Safety at the 17th ORGANDA National Congress (MUNAS) in 2026

Batam, October 6, 2026 – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (TRON) reaffirms its commitment to supporting the development of a smart transportation ecosystem (Smart City) in Indonesia. This strategic move aligns with the vision and mission of the Land Transportation Organization (ORGANDA), which is currently holding its 17th National Congress (MUNAS) from October 6–8, 2026, at the Grand Mercure Batam Center Hotel in Batam City, Riau Islands.

The theme of this year’s 17th MUNAS, “ORGANDA Responds to Disruption: Regulatory Certainty, Business Equality, and Transportation Safety for Sustainable Passenger and Logistics Transport,” highlights the importance of the industry’s adaptation to advancements in digital technology and transportation safety. TRON is participating as a strategic partner, providing technological solutions to address these disruptive challenges through state-of-the-art fleet and transportation management systems.

ORGANDA Central Executive Board Chairman Adrianto Djokosoetono emphasized the importance of structuring the transportation sector to provide legal certainty and equal business opportunities for all industry players. “ORGANDA supports technological transformation and development in the transportation sector; however, these changes must occur within a fair regulatory framework that fosters healthy business competition while keeping safety as a top priority,” Adrianto stated.

In response to ORGANDA’s call for transformation, efficiency, and safety, TRON has demonstrated its capabilities through successful Smart City projects implemented in several major cities across Indonesia. TRON’s Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Internet of Things (IoT) telematics technology has been widely adopted in the Buy The Service (BTS) mass transit program and by various private bus operators in Indonesia.

In addition, TRON has established a command center fully integrated with TAM Fleet’s advanced security and safety systems at the Batang Integrated Industrial Park (KITB) and at various private bus operators. Another tangible example of TRON’s support for urban mobility is the successful Proof of Concept (PoC) for the Intelligent Traffic Control System (ITCS) in Solo, which helped ensure smooth traffic flow during the U-17 World Cup.

David Santoso, President Director of PT TKDN Tbk (TRON), stated, “We deeply appreciate and fully support ORGANDA’s vision to advance the national transportation industry. TRON remains committed to delivering smart technologies that improve operational efficiency for transportation operators while ensuring the highest safety standards for drivers and passengers. Through the TAM Fleet ecosystem and the Smart City infrastructure initiatives we have implemented, we are ready to collaborate with all stakeholders to create a modern, safe, and sustainable land transportation system in Indonesia.”

Through continuous technological innovation, TRON hopes to continue making tangible contributions toward strengthening the position of transportation businesses in Indonesia, while also meeting public demand for reliable and integrated public transportation and logistics services.
