TRON Strengthens the Electric Mobility Ecosystem: PT TKDN Tbk Signs an MoU with PT INAKO Kreta Udhaya to Explore Electric Vehicle Procurement and Deployment

Jakarta – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (IDX: TRON) (“PT TKDN Tbk”) announces that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT INAKO Kreta Udhaya (INAKO) on 29 December 2025 to explore a strategic collaboration related to electric vehicle procurement and supporting services.

This exploratory cooperation aligns with PT TKDN Tbk’s focus as a technology company specializing in solutions that support transportation and smart city development in Indonesia. INAKO, in turn, operates as a manufacturer and service provider in the electric vehicle sector in Indonesia. Under the MoU, it may include an indicative potential procurement of approximately 2,000 EV units, as well as technical testing or pilot deployments to operational schemes. As an initial focus, the Parties are targeting EV implementation in tourism destinations across Eastern Indonesia, supporting greener mobility, enhancing visitor experience, and strengthening destination competitiveness through sustainable transportation adoption.

David Santoso, President Director of PT TKDN Tbk, stated:

“This exploratory collaboration is part of PT TKDN Tbk’s (TRON) strategy to strengthen our integrated transportation and smart city solutions ecosystem. By evaluating EV procurement options together with after-sales capabilities and operational schemes, we aim to improve implementation readiness and reinforce long-term, sustainable business growth that delivers value to our stakeholders.”

Suchang Oh, Chief Executive Officer of PT INAKO Kreta Udhaya, said:

“INAKO welcomes the signing of this MoU as an important first step to explore a structured collaboration with PT TKDN Tbk (TRON). We are committed to supporting the evaluation process, technical testing/pilot deployments, and providing product specifications as well as after-sales support, to help ensure an effective and sustainable deployment of electric mobility solutions aligned with operational requirements.”

Looking ahead, PT TKDN Tbk (TRON) and INAKO will continue their coordination and further assessments to identify the most relevant and value-accretive collaboration opportunities, while maintaining prudent execution and implementation readiness. The Company remains optimistic that this initiative will strengthen PT TKDN Tbk’s position in Indonesia’s electric mobility ecosystem and development of Battery as a Service (BaaS), expand strategic partnerships across stakeholders, and support long-term value creation for investors and all stakeholders.
