Signing an MoU with Transjakarta, PT TKDN Tbk (TRON) Becomes Distributor of “Syntra” Fleet Management System to Strengthen Operational Control

Jakarta – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk, trading under the stock code TRON (PT TKDN Tbk), and PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) have formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at collaborating on the advancement of Smart Mobility and Green Transportation within the Transjakarta ecosystem.

As part of the MoU, PT TKDN Tbk will serve as a principal distributor of the “Syntra” fleet management system, designed to optimize overall operational oversight of the Transjakarta fleet. The Syntra platform, equipped with advanced capabilities such as real-time fleet tracking, adherence to routes and schedules, vehicle telemetry, load and occupancy analytics, safety notifications, and predictive maintenance, is poised to enhance operational visibility, facilitate data-driven decision-making, and integrate Artificial Intelligence within the Command Center. Furthermore, the integration with the Smart Halte initiative and Transjakarta’s operational information system is anticipated to bolster the accuracy of bus arrival forecasts, refine fleet allocation, and elevate the customer experience.
