PT TKDN Tbk (TRON) Strengthens Position as Smart Transportation Technology Partner, Secures Another Strategic Project for Transjatim Corridor VII Through TAM Fleet
Mojokerto—PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (PT TKDN Tbk) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the public transportation sector in Indonesia by successfully implementing advanced technology in the launch of the Transjatim Koridor VI (Transjatim K6) fleet. PT TKDN Tbk, through its collaboration with PT Galang Suar Teknologi, is proud to be part of the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency (Dishub Jatim) initiative to enhance safety and security in public transportation services.
The implementation on 15 regular buses and 5 luxury buses marks a new chapter in the successful partnership between PT TKDN Tbk and Dishub Jatim. After successfully implementing the TAM Fleet solution in previous corridors, PT TKDN Tbk has once again been entrusted to integrate more advanced technology. This is a strong signal to the market that TAM Fleet products are not only reliable but also capable of evolving to meet client needs, proving TRON’s solid business model and long-term partnership orientation.
For investors, this project represents three key pillars of TRON’s growth:
- Client Trust & Recurring Revenue: The reappointment by Dishub Jatim proves client satisfaction with the TAM Fleet ecosystem, opening up potential for sustainable revenue.
- Technological Superiority: PT TKDN Tbk, through TAM Fleet, provides not only CCTV, but a proactive AI-based safety ecosystem, including a Driver Monitoring System (DSM) and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS). This creates a significant competitive advantage.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Successfully penetrating new corridors demonstrates the scalability of the TAM Fleet solution and PT TKDN Tbk’s ability to continue expanding in the crucial government transportation market.
Dr. Nyono ST MT, Head of the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency, stated, “Passenger safety and comfort are our absolute priorities. Based on the positive experience and reliability of PT TKDN Tbk’s systems on previous corridors, we have no hesitation in continuing this partnership. The implementation of more advanced AI technology on Corridor 7 is a step forward for us in setting higher safety standards. We believe this proactive solution will further increase public confidence in public transportation.”
Every fleet in Corridor 7 will be equipped with the TAM Fleet integrated solution ecosystem, including MDVR, driver monitoring system (DSM), forward collision warning system (ADAS), and two-way communication devices that ensure a quick response in emergency situations.
David Santoso, President Director of PT TKDN Tbk, added, “The renewed trust given by the East Java Transportation Agency is an honor. This project affirms TRON’s position, through our Smart Transport Solution, TAM Fleet, as the backbone of technology in the transformation of smart transportation in Indonesia. For investors, this is clear evidence of our strategy to build sustainable growth through technological innovation and strong strategic partnerships. We are ready to replicate the success of TAM Fleet in other provinces.”
The implementation in Corridor 7 Trans Jatim further solidifies PT TKDN Tbk’s footprint as a key player in the Smart City ecosystem and serves as a catalyst for the company’s future growth.
