2026 AGM: PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (TRON) Strengthens the Foundation of Its Smart Transportation and Renewable Energy Ecosystem, Ready to Accelerate Monetization in 2026

JAKARTA, June 26, 2026 – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (Stock Code: TRON) (“the Company”) today successfully held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2025 fiscal year in Jakarta. During the meeting, shareholders approved all agenda items, including the adoption of the Company’s Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.

The year 2025 marked a phase of fundamental transformation for TRON. In response to budget efficiency dynamics in the public sector and global macroeconomic trends, the Company took adaptive and proactive steps by streamlining its business portfolio into two strategic pillars: Smart Transport Solution (STS) and Renewable Energy Solution (RES). In line with this, the Company has rigorously implemented a business portfolio rebalancing strategy by limiting hardware sales to strengthen its services and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) segments. These efficiency measures have proven effective in proportionally increasing the contribution of service revenue to total revenue, while significantly reducing cost of revenue compared to the previous year.

From an operational perspective, TRON successfully expanded the implementation of its Smart Transport solutions across various strategic sectors, ranging from public transportation and logistics to mining fleets. The implementation of the TAM Fleet solution for the Trans Jatim Koridor fleet marked an important milestone in B2G market penetration, while expansion into national fleet operators strengthened growth opportunities for recurring revenue from the enterprise segment. In the Renewable Energy sector, the Company also continues to build the foundation for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) ecosystems as new growth engines supporting Indonesia’s energy transition agenda.
