TRON Holds Public Expose 2024 :
Efforts to Maintain Profits in the Political Year and Strategic Plan Targets in 2025
Jakarta – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (PT TKDN Tbk) with TRON stock code announced the implementation of the Annual Public Expose which took place online on Monday, December 30, 2024. The event was attended by investors, stakeholders, and media, which aims to provide a presentation on the company’s performance during 2024 and the strategies that will be implemented to face future challenges.
In his speech, CEO of PT TKDN Tbk, David Santoso, said, “2024 is a challenging year for us. The political uncertainty ahead of the general and regional elections has had a considerable impact on the company’s performance. Nevertheless, we remain committed to achieving optimal performance targets and maintaining the company’s profit.”
During the presentation, Chief of Finance, Rudy Budiman, explained the company’s financial performance, “The Company managed to achieve revenue of up to 80% compared to the previous year’s period, with record profits (EBITDA) reaching approximately 66% compared to the previous year’s period.” He also emphasized the importance of maintaining the company’s financial growth despite the external challenges.
Wendy J Waas, Chief Operating Officer of PT TKDN Tbk, added, “40% of projects that have become leads are postponed until 2025 and another 30% of projects are not executed according to the plan. To face these challenges, we have formulated several strategic steps. We will focus on improving internal efficiency, optimizing existing customers, technological innovation, and market expansion. With these strategies, we believe we can improve the company’s performance and provide added value to all stakeholders.”
The Public Expose event was also a platform to discuss strategic projects that have been implemented by PT TKDN Tbk during 2024 as well as business plans for 2025. The company is committed to continuously adapting to market changes and maintaining financial growth to remain strong in the future.
