Report Profit Achievement in 2023, Appointment of New Directors and Commissioners
Jakarta, July 30, 2024 – PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk (PT TKDN, Stock Code: TRON) today, Tuesday (30/7), held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Meeting). The meeting, which took place offline and online, reported the Company’s performance in 2023 and approved the addition of the composition of the Board of Directors and Commissioners.
President Director of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk, David Santoso, said, “The Company is optimistic about the prospects for 2024 with a focus on developing innovative B2B and B2C business lines, including strategic partnerships in the mining logistics industry, universal payment systems, and EV-based vehicle solution technology. The Company is also committed to supporting the development of IKN with its smart transportation roadmap and advanced technology solutions.”
During 2023, the Company managed to book a total revenue of 187.5 billion, an increase of 74.39% from the previous year of Rp107.51 billion. The increase in revenue in 2023 had a positive impact on the Company’s comprehensive income for the year, which increased by 26.27% or equivalent to Rp3.92 billion, from Rp14.91 billion in 2022 to Rp18.83 billion in 2023.
The increase also occurred in the Company’s total assets by 188.26%, or equivalent to Rp161.42 billion, from Rp85.74 billion in 2022 to Rp247.16 billion in 2023. The same thing happened to the Company’s equity, which increased by 237.92% or equivalent to Rp148.68 billion, from Rp62.49 billion in 2022 to Rp211.17 billion in 2023.
Furthermore, through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, changes in the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners were approved. In the EGMS, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Thomson E Batubara as Commissioner to replace Mr. Mochammad Yana Aditya. Mr. Thomson is a Member of the Honorary Board of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and President Commissioner of PT Moya Indonesia. Meanwhile, on the board of directors, the shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Wendy Jolanda Waas and Mr. Sultan Satria.
The new Board of Directors of PT Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk has the following composition:

- Director : Yudhi Haryadi
- Director : Wendy Jolanda Waas
- Director : Sultan Satria
Meanwhile, the new Board of Commissioners are as follows:
- President Commissioner: Drs. Budi Setiyadi, S.H., M.Si
- Commissioner : Noerman Taufik
- Commissioner: Drs. Thomson E Batubara
In addition, the EGMS also approved the change of the Company’s domicile address from previously located at The Linq at Central Kemayoran, Jl. Trembesi Blok G-1 No 826 East Pademangan, North Jakarta, to Jl. Sunter Muara No 8A, Sunter Agung Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta 14350.
Appropriate use of capital expenditure and increase in operating costs offset by an increase in revenue realization, which increased by Rp79.99 billion, makes the Company confident that the Company’s business continuity in the future has great potential. Moreover, the Company continues to expand its marketing and service areas to regions in Indonesia. To date, the Company has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with transportation service operators in 12 cities in Indonesia (work engagement with several bus terminals in the North Sumatra area for the provision of bus terminal monitoring solution services).
The Company continues to expand its presence in other cities in Indonesia, especially the realization of new market share, namely cooperation with mining transport operator companies in Kalimantan and the provision of comprehensive transportation management solutions. With this strategy, the Company has a market share of >60% in cooperation with the private sector.
The Company is very optimistic that it can continue to achieve sustainable growth performance supported by stable and maintained economic conditions and government policies that are more accommodating to the investment climate in the Company’s business activities.
